Staff members were friendly and efficient, which added to the pleasant atmosphere. the dining experience was marred when a bug was found on my burger, leading to a frustrating encounter with the supervisor who was unhelpful. This incident overshadowed what could have been a perfect stay.

we had a lovely stay at the ivanhoe! beautiful room that was really spacious and had a big ensuite. the bar downstairs had lit live music which was really fun, and we managed to get a late dinner even tho it was busy. breakfast was delish, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. loved every moment and would deffo stay again!

A loud humming noise from the kitchen's fans disrupts sleep, which is not ideal for anyone trying to catch some Zs. Limited dessert options show a lack of freshness, and the service seemed to lack enthusiasm and knowledge during my dinner visit.

We had a lovely stay with a beautiful and spacious room that featured a large ensuite. The bar downstairs had live music, making for a fun evening, and we even managed to get a late dinner despite the busy crowd.
